Like Julie Andrews said, “it’s a very good place to start.” I know so many people make resolutions at the start of the new year. I am not one of those people. However, I AM one of those people who starts making lists of new projects to accomplish…very, very rarely do they all get completed. I was determined to start off this new year on the right foot, though, and a blog redesign was at the top of the afore-mentioned list 🙂 Over the past year, I have been doodling and thinking and dreaming up what I want the face of my studio to be (aside from myself & the images of my clients, of course)…As a Rockland County family photographer, I really wanted it to be reflective of my own style of photography and of the experience I try to give to my clients. It has been a labor of love, for sure. But, I’m pretty much in love with the way it all turned out! Take a look around and tell me what you think
In addition to the website overhaul, Joy Alexander Photography is going digital. Over the past year, I must have been asked “are digitals included” a bazillion times…not a bad thing. I’m the kind of person who likes to have something tangible, so when I opened the studio doors for business, I did so with print packages in mind. However, based on the needs of my wonderful, amazing, fantastic clients…and the hectic pace of my current life, the studio will now be offering all-inclusive sessions ONLY. No separate session fees. No separate print order minimums. At least 30 hi-res digital files will be included in each newborn or portrait session, delivered on a custom USB drive. You will also receive a bound 4×6 proof book of each image from your gallery. Prints can be ordered a la carte – don’t worry. Â We want to see your beautiful photos on your walls as much as you do!!!
